For cash, cheque and bank transfer, we only accept Singapore Dollars.

For International Credit Cards, you may link your credit card to Grabpay App. Payment will then be deducted through your credit card by using Grabpay App and any currency conversions will be made by your relevant credit card bank.

If the current product cannot be found in our website, please feel free to contact any of our sales person directly through email, phone call or whatsapp to check if the specific product you are looking for is available.

Do anticipate slower response after office hours, during weekends or public holidays.

Yes, customers are welcomed to make orders from any part of the world. However, we are only able to ship the products out only upon full payment received.

For overseas shipping, overseas customers need to engage their own courier/shipping companies to liaise with Aaron Wills Design. Do note that any claims arising from damages or lost of item will be between the courier/shipping company.

For local delivery, you can chose to engage Aaron Wills Design’s dedicated delivery team or you may engage a local courier/shipping company to liaise with us.

If you have engaged Aaron Wills Design’s dedicated delivery team, you may highlight the flaws (manufacturing defects) directly to our delivery team upon delivery. However, we will not be able to warrant for any artwork errors.

For self collection, customers will also need to highlight any flaws (manufacturing defects) to our company’s representative during collection. Any products that are collected out of our showroom will be considered accepted in good condition. Refunds and exchange will not be applicable once products are collected out of our showroom.

2. please use OCBC to OCBC immediate transfer. If you are using other banks (Citibank, HSBC, Maybank, Standard Chartered, UOB), please transfer ONLY via FAST (Fast and Secure Transfer).
3. once transfer has been made, please email us 1. reference no., 2. date of transfer and 3. name indicated in the transfer.

We are closed during public holidays.

Cancellation is not possible for the following scenarios:

  1. If orders have been paid for reservation of a particular product whereby stocks are affirmed to be reserved specially under your account.
  2. If orders are in the midst of production.
  3. If orders are completed and ready for collection or delivery.

Refund is possible so long as the terms permitted for cancellation is fulfilled. Credit note can also be issued if the customer prefers.

Depending on the severity of the damage. For major damages beyond repair, customers will be required to pay the price of purchasing the item. For minor repairs, Aaron Wills Design may charge a nominal service or repair fee.

Minimum time frame for rental of any items is 3 days. There is no maximum time frame for rental.

Please note that we do not keep clients artwork more than 20 working days. Hence, clients should keep a copy as their own archive even after sending Aaron Wills Design your artwork.

Aaron Wills Design will not be responsible for the contents in the artwork that is provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all the contents do not infringe any copyrights, inappropriate contents that may arise to any legal implications.

Yes, we provide a special bundle deals for bulk orders. Please call in to check with our sales representative.

Yes, do note that if you are getting a despatch/courier person to collect, there will be no reprints or refunds allowed after collection.

Please collect during Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm (Except PH).

You may engage our company with a design fee. For low resolution photos, you may opt to purchase higher resolution photos from photo image banks. Call us if you need any assistance for your design requirements.
