Print & Design Guidelines for Standees

To achieve superior clarity and colour consistency for your display banner standee, here are key submission pointers:

  • File Format: Always submit your artwork in High Resolution PDF format and if possible to path the file to ensure font, layout and optimal colour accuracy and seamless processing.
  • Resolution: For razor-sharp text and clarity, all raster images ideally between 150 to 300 DPI. For varied poster and standee sizes, using vector graphics is ideal, as they can scale infinitely without any loss of quality.
  • Colour Mode: If possible, design your files using the CMYK colour mode. This is the standard for professional printing and provides consistent colour reproduction compared to files in RGB.
  • Bleed Area: Include a 3-mm bleed area beyond your final trim dimensions to prevent unwanted white edges from appearing when the material is cut.
  • Safe Zone: Keep all critical text, logos, and design elements of your display standee within the safe zone, which is an area 2 inches from the edge, to ensure no vital information is accidentally trimmed or obscured.

Turnaround & Delivery for Display Standees

  • Production Lead Times: Our standard production time is 3 to 4 working days.
  • Delivery Options and Scheduling: We offer free local delivery for orders above $500, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days, subject to our delivery schedule.
    • Delivery for both Corporate and Non-Corporate Customers who meet the minimum order quantity is scheduled during standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. 
    • Please note that additional charges will apply for deliveries sent to locations like Sentosa, Tuas, or Jurong Island, or for any requests on weekends, public holiday eves, or outside of office hours. 
    • Any request for express delivery will be charged separately.
  • Affordable Delivery for Smaller Orders: If your order falls below S$500, we have affordable delivery charges available.
    • Small standee banner display deliveries (less than 30 kg and within 1.2m (H) x 1.2m (W) x 1.2m (D)) are priced between S$35 and S$40 before GST (terms apply).
    • For large display banner stands (over 30kg or larger than 1.2m (H) x 1.2m (W) x 1.2m (D)), please call us directly to request a quote.
